The historic Norwood House makes some noise

Ever wonder what a house sounds like when it’s being moved?

For several years, a non-profit has worked to save Austin’s historic Norwood House, a distinctive 1922 Arts & Crafts bungalow on the shores of Lady Bird Lake.

On Monday, the house was shifted on the site to allow for foundation work to ensue.
