Single tickets to the 2014-2015 Texas Performing Arts season go on sale Wednesday, June 3. In celebration, tickets to all season performances will be discounted for one day only. From midnight – 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, June 3, single tickets to all 2015-2016 season performances will be priced at 15% off face value.
Tickets will be available at all authorized ticket outlets, which include the Bass Concert Hall Ticket Office, most H-E-B stores and all Texas Box Office outlets, online at www.texasperformingarts.org, or by calling 512-477-6060 or (800) 982-BEVO.
The 2015-2016 Season features first-ever TPA performances by ukulele virtuoso Jake Shimabukuro, vocal chamber ensemble New York Polyphony, and a celebration of American songwriting and performance featuring Patty Griffin, Sara Watkins, and Anaïs Mitchell. Return engagements include new-music favorites eighth Blackbird, and Australian contemporary circus, Circa. The season also includes The Seldoms’ Power Goes, Julian Sands in A Celebration of Herald Pinter, Twyla Tharp’s 50th Anniversary Tour and a screening of Frankenstein (1931) featuring a new score performed live by the UT Wind Ensemble.
