UT’s Butler School of Music has just announced that for the first time it will be offering offering two season subscription options that give subscribers 50% off ticket prices.
There’s a Faculty & Ensemble package and Butler Opera Center package.
The Miro Quartet, the schools string-quartet-in-residence, begins the faculty performance season with a Sept. 11 concert.
This season the Butler Opera Center will bring American composer Jake Heggie for a residence and will perform a double of bill of Heggie’s operas “Three Decembers” and “At the Statue of Venus.”
From the Butler School’s announcement:
Choose at least four performances from the 2015–16 season and receive 50% off. This package will be on sale throughout the year, but reserving your seats early is highly encouraged.
Purchase tickets to all three main productions of the Butler Opera Center for the 2015–16 season and receive 50% off. With four performance dates per production, there’s no excuse not to see all three operas! This package is available for purchase through October 25, 2015.
