8th Annual Pride Concert (It’s free)

For the eighth year, the Austin Chamber Music Festival presents a free concert that celebrates LGBT composers around the world.

This year’s program features music by Barber, Beglarian, Bernstein, Harrison and Austin composer Russell Reed.

Performers include local talent such as vocalists Phillip HIll and LIz Cass, cellist Barbara George, clarinetist Patrick Dolan, violnist Turner Partain, percussionist Adam Bedell and pianist Jim James.

Also featured is the Auteur Saxophone Quartet, the festival’s quartet in residence, and the Capital City Men’s Chorus.
